1. Matter has come up on an application (1/2024) moved by and on behalf of Krishi Upaj Mandi, Ramganj Mandi, District Kota, stating inter alia, that petitioners have expressed their willingness to accept the compensation amount awarded under the award dated 23.11.2007 in lieu of acquisition of their lands instead of pressing their prayer for grant of 25% developed land in place of monetary compensation.
2. It has been stated that the compensation amount has been deposited before the Civil Court and the Krishi Upaj Mandi does not have any objection to release the compensation amount in favour of petitioners.

3. Counsel for petitioners, having instructions from petitioners, is agreeable to get release the compensation amount and does not press the prayer for grant of 25% developed land in lieu thereof.
4. In view of above, the relief prayed for in the writ petition for grant of 25% developed land to the petitioners instead of monetary compensation under the award dated 23.11.2007 stands infructuous.
5. However, it is hereby observed that since respondents have no objection to the release of compensation amount to the petitioners, hence, petitioners are free to get release the compensation amount so deposited in the Court.
6. With aforesaid observations, writ petition along with the application (1/2024) stand disposed of.
7. Stay application and other pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
