The record reveals that this Court, vide Order dated 31st May, 2025, learned counsel for the petitioner was granted two weeks’ time to lay an appropriate motion for seeking amendment in the instant writ petition in the light of detailed consideration order dated 20th February, 2025, passed by the respondents. 2. The petitioner, in spite of availing aforesaid two weeks’ last and final opportunity in terms of the Order dated 31st May, 2025, has not done the needful. Today, when the instant case was taken up, an inference is drawn that the petitioner is no more interested in pressing the instant matter. 3. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed along with connected CM(s). However, the dismissal of the instant petition shall not come in the way petitioner to challenge the aforesaid consideration order, if so advised. 4. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
