Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This application has been filed for quashing of the summoning order dated 06.06.2024 passed by Special Judge (S.C./S.T.Act), Basti in Complaint Case No. 87 of 2023, under sections 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC and section 3(1)Da) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Cantt, District Basti. On perusal of the record, the Court finds that the allegations made in the complaint disclose commission of a cognizable offence and those allegations have found support from the material collected during statement of complainant and other witnesses, the court below summoned the appellants.Therefore, prayer for quashing the cognizance order stand refused. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
