2. When the matter is called out, learned counsel for the appellant submits that certain defect(s), pointed out by the office, cannot be removed in the present case. He, therefore, urged that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal by granting liberty to file fresh appeal from the said subject matter.
3. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
4. Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
5. It is clarified that we have not examined the case of
Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.82 of 2025(3) dt.17-02-2025 2/2 the appellant on merits. Liberty is also given to learned counsel for the appellant to file fresh appeal with required documents for the same subject matter.
