This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 18.07.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 278 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the appellant is alleged to have provided the weapon used in the murder of the deceased. During the course of investigation, it has emerged that the appellant supplied the arms used for committing the said Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3691 of 2024(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 offence. 4. Considering the gravity of the allegations, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed. 5.
