This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Court of Land Acquisition Kanpur Nagar for stay the execution proceedings in Execution Case No.08 of 2022 (Ram Kumar vs. State of U.P. and others) arising out of Reference Case No.119/70 of 2008 till the disposal of Review Application bearing No.08 of 2024 (Madhu Singh vs. Ram Kumar and others) filed by the petitioner which is pending before learned Court of ADJ Court No.18 Kanpur Nagar. It is further prayed kindly direct the learned Additional District Judge Court No.18 Kanpur Nagar to decide the review petition within stipulated period of times as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury. And/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble court deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above- mentioned review application is pending consideration since 2022 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Saket Singh, Sanjeev Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : A.S.G.I., C.S.C. Madhu Singh .....Petitioner(s) Union Of India And 6 Others .....Respondent(s) direction to the Additional District Judge, Court No.18, Kanpur Nagar to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
