Police Station-Kotwali, District-Mainpuri, (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding /directing the Respondent No.2 not to arrest the Petitioner in Case Crime No.0031 of 2025 Under Section 376, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Kotwali District-Mainpuri during the investigation." It has been stated by the A.G.A. that a final report has been filed in the aforesaid case.
