BAC No.12 of 2025 Hon’ble Pankaj Purohit, J.
Mr. Tushar Prajapati, learned counsel for the applicant through V.C.
2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned AGA with Ms. Sweta Dobhal, learned B.H. for the State.
3. Mr. Rajat Mittal, learned counsel for respondent no.2.
4. Applicant has filed the instant bail cancellation application seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent no.2-Jeewan Kumar Raut granted by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 12.10.2023 in Third Bail Application No.37 of 2023.
5. The main ground urged before this Court is that the applicant was granted short term bail and after coming out of jail, he tried to influence the prosecution witnesses.
6. Objection to the bail cancellation application has been filed on behalf of respondent no.2 wherein it is stated that the respondent no.2 has strictly adhered to the conditions imposed by the Court while granting him bail. The respondent no.2 has never influenced, tortured or coerced any of the prosecution witnesses.
7. Moreover, the applicant has not produced any documentary evidence to support his case. Although some photographs have been brought on record but the same are not enough to hold that the allegations leveled against the respondent no.2 are correct.
8. Having heard the learned Counsel of either party, this Court finds no ground to cancel the bail granted to respondent no.2. The bail cancellation application is
devoid of any merit and the same is hereby dismissed.
9. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
