Petitioner has filed present petition under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for direction to official respondent No.2 for protecting life and liberty of petitioner, from the hands of private respondent Nos.4 to 7 and not to harass her in any manner as well as directing the official respondent to decide representation dated 13.08.2025 (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has threat to her life and liberty from the hands of private respondents No.4 to 6 regarding which she has already moved a representation to SSP, Gurdaspur, but no action has been taken. 3. Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and submitted that on representation of the petitioner, the competent authority will take action as per law. 5.
