The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mainpuri to decide the suit no. 216 of 2011 Ashok and others Versus Smt. Sharda Devi and others expeditiously within the stipulated period, and/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned case is pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mainpuri for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mainpuri to consider and decide the aforementioned case of the petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ram Badan Maurya Counsel for Respondent(s) : Ashok Kumar And Another .....Petitioner(s) Smt.
