Issue writ order or direction in the nature MANDAMUS direct the Respondent No.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Padrauna, District-Kushinagar to decide the Case No. RST/7515/2025, Computerized Case No T202505440107515 (Snehlata Singh and Another Ve Vishambhar Sahi and Others) U/s 209(Ja) of U.F Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period of tim as granted by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that restoration application is pending in proceedings under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is registered as Case No. RST/7515/2025, Computerized Case No T202505440107515 before respondent no.2- Tehsildar, Tehsil- Padrauna, District- Kushinagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said restoration application may be decided expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Tehsildar, Tehsil- Padrauna, District- Kushinagar to decide the restoration application pending in proceedings under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 registered as Case No.RST/7515/2025, Computerized Case No T202505440107515, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
