This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 2-Up Ziladhikari, Rajatalab, Varanasi to implement the order dated 15.11.2014 passed in case no. 86 of 2012, Mangaru Vs Ram Dular and others filed under section 176 of U.P. Z.A & L.R. Act, 1950." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that partition suit filed under Section 176 of U.P. Z.A & L.R. Act, 1950 was decided way back in the year 2014 but the said order has not been executed. 3. This Court finds that petitioner has remedy for filing an application under Para No. 460 of U.P. Revenue Code Manual for getting the decree of 2014 executed, if there are no legal impediments. 4. In view of above, writ petition stands disposed of.
