2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 350/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2242/2024, for the offence registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Shri Abhinav Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribagh.
3. On 11.11.2023, motorcycle of the informant, parked outside his house, was stolen away by unknown persons.
4. During the Course of investigation, co-accused persons were apprehended and from their possession, the stolen motorcycle was recovered. The petitioner was apprehended on pointing out of apprehended co-accused persons and on his search, another stolen motorcycle was recovered, which was subject matter with another case.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner is accused in as many as three cases of similar nature.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
7. The petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
