This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to delete/cancel the entries in the revenue record pertaining to large number of khasras alleging the same to be forest land. 2. A perusal of record indicates that the land has been recorded in the names of respondent nos. 8 to 13 under order dated 10.02.2022 passed by the court of Naib Tehsildar, Shankargarh, Prayagraj in a suit instituted under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901. 3. Filing of a PIL, seeking to question the validity of an order passed by the competent revenue court cannot be countenanced. If the petitioner has a right, the petitioner can question the validity of the order in accordance with law. 4. The petition is therefore, dismissed, with the above observations.
