The case of the petitioner is that when she was travelling in a bus from Salem New Bus Stand to her home town, her hand bag with 7 ½ sovereigns gold ornaments were stolen by an unidentified woman on 11.01.2025. In this regard the she had given a complaint to the respondent and a case in Crime No.127 of 2025 has been registered under section 303 [2] of BNS. The grievance of the petitioner is that though a complaint has been registered there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present petition for aforesaid relief. 3.
