He further states that it came to light that there has been a lot of illegalities committed in the allotment and the Revenue Divisional Officer has initiated process to reclaim the land allotted. 2. So far as S.No.137 is concerned, Mr.Jegannath states that only S.No.137/1C is a waterbody, where there are no encroachments, and the other sub-divisions of S.No.137 are classified as 'ryotwari punjai'.
