Issue an order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to decide the application dated 05.07.2025 as well as forcibly restrained the respondent no. 5 to 10 in not disposess the petitioner over survey plot no.137 area 0.1250 hectare, expeditiously as possible within stipulated time which fixed by this Hon'ble court. II. Issue an order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to take necessary action against the accused persons and made a boundariwal over Khata No.194 Gata No.137 area 0.1250 hectares in present of revenue authority." 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 were initiated by petitioner which concluded and land in question was demarcated and pillars were affixed but private respondents have thrown away the pillars and are not complying the order passed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that petitioner has remedy of moving an application under Section 22/23 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievance. 4. In case, any such application is moved, the same shall be decided by authorities, strictly in accordance with law. 5.
