Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 324, 354B, 379 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per F.I.R. this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant by means of Dabiya due to which she sustained injuries. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of informant. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. There is 8 days delay in lodging the present F.I.R. for which there is no plausible explanation which itself creates doubt over the entire prosecution case . Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2025 . 5 . Learned counsel appearing for the State and the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70279 of 2025(3) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 6. Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria PS case No. 521/ 2019.
