(Oral) The challenge in this petition is made to an order dated 03.01.2023 passed by the respondent no.4/ the District Education Officer (Elementary Education), Almora, by which the representation of the petitioner for quashing of transfer order 10.07.2022 has been rejected; some other ancillary reliefs have also been sought. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unwell. She has some gynic problem. She cannot join the place of posting where she has been transferred by virtue of transfer order dated 10.07.2022. She has earlier filed a writ petition, in which directions were given to the respondents to consider her representation. But, by the impugned order, her representation has been rejected. He would submit that the petitioner could not get a certificate from the State Medical Board because unless the case is referred, she cannot be examined by the State Medical Board. 2 4. Instant petition deserves to be dismissed on the sole ground that the petitioner has approached this Court for cancellation of the transfer order dated 10.07.2022 and also challenging her cancellation of her representation dated 03.01.2023. Therefore, on the sole ground the writ petition deserves to be dismissed. 5. The writ petition is dismissed. 6. However, if the petitioner is unwell, she may approach the doctors of the area, who could refer her to the higher authority, if required, for her medical examination.
