This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.1 to decide the suit no.D202512130001792/2025 expeditiously in accordance with law with a stipulated period as provide 6 under Rule 36 of U.P. Revenue Code Rule 2016." 2. It is contended that a suit bearing No.D202512130001792 is pending consideration in proceedings under Section 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said suit/case may be decided expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, or issuing notice to private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon authority concerned to decide the suit/case bearing No.D202512130001792 pending in proceedings under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
