This petition has been filed for following relief: "direct the court of Additional District Judge Court No. 1, Gorakhpur to decide and conclude the Civil Appeal No. 70 of 2024 (Amit Kumar Vs. Sumitra Devi & others), pending before him very expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court within granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid appeal is pending since 2024. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
