The present appeal has been preferred for the following relief:- That appeal is being filed for set aside the order dated 16.01.2024 passed in Misc. Case No. 54 of 2023 passed by Sub Judge IV, Patna in provision section 340 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.236 of 2025(2) dt.30-01-2025 2/2 filed for the prosecution of O.P. 2 and 3 who are alleged to have committed and offence under section 195 of IPC as they had filed power of attorney on different dates. The newer power of attorney differs from earlier one. The appellant (petitioner) got the copy of (respondent no. 3) he became aware of the fact that fraud has been committed by him. It is submitted by petitioner that O.P. No. 3 who is practicing lawyer of the Patna High court interpolated in the petitioner without the knowledge and permission of the court. 3.
