Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondent are present. 2. The instant criminal revision has been filed by revisionist seeking maintenance from opposite party no.2 from the date of filing of application dated 01.09.2016, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and enhance the same from Rs.4,000/- to Rs.50,000/- per month. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that instant revision has been filed by the revisionist against the impugned order passed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for enhancement of allowance but now matter between revisionist and her husband i.e. opposite party no.2 has been settled and after that on the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. court concerned has cancelled the impugned order and therefore, revisionist does not want to press the instant revision and therefore, same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned A.G.A. is having no objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant revision stands dismissed as withdrawn.
