Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; Sri Ashutosh Shankar Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the material on record. 2. The petitioners have approached this Court with following prayer: "A. Issue a Writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 21.07.2025, case crime no.0376 of 2025, under Sections 69 and 351 B.N.S., P. Stateion Gola, District Gorakhpur lodged by respondent no.4 against the petitioners (Annexure No.1). B. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioners, in case crime no.0376 of 2025, under Sections 69 and 351 B.N.S., Police Station Gola, District Gorakhpur." 3. Learned AGA informs that final report has already been submitted in favour of the petitioners. 4. Under the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is disposed of directing that till cognizance is taken by court below on final report, the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the impugned First Information Report.
