Considering the fact that the land acquisition proceedings have been initiated and the compensation amount has been determined and paid to each of the petitioners, this Court does not find any willful disobedience with reference to the order passed in W.P.No.27035 of 2023 etc., dated 22.05.2025. 3. This Contempt Petition stands closed. It will be open for the petitioner to seek reference with reference to the enhancement of compensation and claim higher compensation in the manner known to law.
