Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chatrochatti P.S. Case No. 10/2024 corresponding to G. R. No. 417/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a & 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned J.M. 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat. On 10.04.2024, Chatrochatti police raided the house of one Rajesh Karmali @ Raju and seized a loaded country made pistol from there. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of Rajesh Karmali @ Raju. It was further submitted that Rajesh Karmali @ Raju has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.7748 of 2024. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned J.M. 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat or his successor in connection with Chatrochatti P.S. Case No. 10/2024 corresponding to G. R. No. 417/2024.
