Singh, AC to SC (L&C)III --- 03/20.06.2025 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has been filed to modify the order dated 22.03.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3267 of 2011 whereby while dismissing the writ petition, it was observed that it would be open to the petitioner to file an appropriate appeal under Section 15 of the Jharkhand Education Tribunal Act, 2005 against the order impugned in the writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 3267 of 2011 within a period of six weeks from 22.03.2018. 2. The learned counsel submits that appropriate appeal under Section 15 of the Jharkhand Education Tribunal Act, 2005 could not be filed within six weeks and there was a delay in filing the appeal. However, the delay of 112 days has been condoned vide order dated 09.02.2024 in A.C.(S.B) No.12 of 2018 which was appeal under 2025:JHHC:16296 2 Section 15. He further submits that in spite of this there is certain office note as the appeal was not filed within six weeks from 22.03.2018. 3. This Court is of the view that once the delay in filing A.C. (S.B) No.12 of 2018 has been condoned; there is no need to modify the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3267 of 2011 dated 22.03.2018. 4. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
