Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the proceeding under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the Tehsildar/Pargana Adhikari Tehsil Bahedi, District Bareilly in Case No. 3620 of 2022, Computerized Case No. T20221303620 (Shadab Hamja vs. Sunil) in Gata No. 622, area 0.280 hectare situated Girdharpur, Pargana Riccha, Tehsil Bahedi, District Bareilly." 2. The petitioner has challenged the proceedings initiated under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on the ground that there are two reports. The petitioner has remedy to file an objection to the said proceedings bringing on record the said fact before the revenue authorities. 3. No case for interference is made out. 4.
