Mahato, A.P.P. --- 03 / 07.08.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 37 of 2023 arising out of Panki P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 196 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Palamau. 3. On 20.10.2023, husband of the Informant went missing. On 21.10.2023, his dead body was found in the house of Nagina Bhuiyan who is the father of the present petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner has been made accused in this case because the Informant suspected that he was having affairs with the petitioner. It was further submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Palamau in connection with S.T.
