At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 14.9.2024. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to challenge the order dated 14.9.2024, if so advised.
