On perusal of the records, I find that this civil revision petition has been filed challenging the rejection order passed in the execution application in SR stage, which has been filed seeking to stay the proceedings in E.P., till the disposal of the original suit. In view of the fact the E.P. itself has been terminated on 09.03.2026, nothing survives for further consideration in this civil revision petition. 5. In view of the above, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
