[1] Heard Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel for the applicant. [2] By the present application, the applicant is praying for exemption from filing certified copies of the impugned orders dated 14-03-2025 passed by the learned District Magistrate, Imphal West in Cril.Misc.Case No. 4 of
2025. [3] It is submitted that there is urgency involved in the matter as by the impugned orders the applicant cannot operate his own shop and the applicant undertakes to submit the certified copies as and when the same is available. [4] Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP for the State respondents, fairly submits that he has no objection in allowing the application. Mr. Sarvan Kumar, learned counsel appearing for private respondent, also has no objection. [5] Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel for the applicant, also submits that due to urgency, the Registry may be directed to list the connected

criminal revision petition challenging the impugned orders dated 14-03-2025 passed by the learned District Magistrate, Imphal West today itself. [6] Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP for the State respondents, submits that the matter may be listed on Monday, i.e. 07-04-2025. [7] This Court has perused the application. The application is allowed and the applicant is directed to file a copy of the certified copies as and when the same is available. [8] Registry is directed to register the connected criminal revision petition if the same is in order and list on 07-04-2025.
