The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents and take action on their representation dated 30.07.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have filed a representation on 30.07.2025 before the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar raising its grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon. He has further submitted that at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.3- The Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioners and take necessary action thereon.
