JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 22-12-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura Cyber P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 303(2), 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 3(5), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(C) , 66(d) of the IT Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of cyber fraud. The petitioner is said to have involved in committing cyber fraud. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81715 of 2025(2) dt.22-12-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner is a cyber fraud. 6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
