Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.07.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 17272 of 2021 . 3 . Trial court report reveals that almost all chargesheeted witnesses have been examined. The case is pending for arguments. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. 5 . However, since the petitioner is in custody since Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5833 of 2025(5) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 01.05.2017.
