During course of hearing this Court was informed that the applicant had approached this Court on previous occasion by filing an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. being Application No. 727 of 2019, which was disposed of on 25.02.2025, with direction to the applicant to surrender within 30 days. Prayer in the said case was also with regard to quashing the proceedings in Criminal Case No. 4128 of 2018, under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506 IPC. 2. On being informed of the aforesaid facts, learned counsel for the applicant has fairly submitted that he was not aware of the pendency of previous petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application. 3.
