The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants to quash the entire proceedings of criminal case No.1341 of 2025, arising out of case crime No. 783 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 333, 115(2), 76, 352, 324(4), 351(2), 110, 117(2), 118(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Sasni Gate, District Aligarh as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 24.7.2025, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Aligarh. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/bail application/Anticipatory Bail Application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
