Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Karra P.S Case No. 90 of 2024 registered under sections 308, 111, 3(5), 61 (2) of the BNS, Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(6), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, presently pending before the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. On 09.12.2024, house of the petitioner was raided and from there and 8 live cartridges and naxal literatures were recovered. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2024. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.
