No one appears for the petitioners. The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs :- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari and quashing the impugned first information report dated 10.08.2025 lodged by Respondent no. 4/Informant namely Sharda Devi Wife of Raju Nath (i.e., Son of Vijay Nath) against 4 persons namely Raghav Pratap Singh Son of Amar Singh Thakur, Ajay Pratap Singh Son of Amar Singh Thakur, Raju Nath Son of Heera Nath alias Shankar Nath and Saniya alias Sanya Wife of Raju Nath (i.e., Son of Heera Nath alias Shankar Nath) in Case Crime No. 0173 of 2025 under section 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 131, 352, 351(2) and 3(1)(द) S.C. & S.T. Act Police Station Indergarh District Kannauj. II. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of Mandamus commanding Respondent no. 2, 3 and 4, not to harass or arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned first information report dated 10.08.2025 lodged by Respondent no. 4/Informant namely Sharda Devi Wife of Raju Nath (i.e., Son of Vijay Nath) against 4 persons namely Raghav Pratap Singh Son of Amar Singh Thakur, Ajay Pratap Singh Son of Amar Singh Thakur, Raju Nath Son of Heera Nath alias Shankar Nath and Saniya alias Sanya Wife of Raju Nath (i.e., Son of Heera Nath alias Shankar Nath) in Case Crime No. 0173 of 2025 under section 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 131, 352, 351(2) and 3(1)(द) S.C. & S.T. Act Police Station Indergarh District Kannauj." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
