The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants to quash the entire proceedings of criminal case No. 723 of 2025, arising out of case crime No. 60 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352, 324(4), 109, 61(2), 117(2), 333, B.N.S., Police Station- Maharajganj, District Jaunpur as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 4.8.2025, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate- I, Court No. 17, Jaunpur. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant No. 1 is on bail. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Prashant Kumar Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Devesh Kumar Singh, G.A., P.K.
