The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the colusive action of the respondent No. 3 in taking legal action against the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in pursuance of the complaint Dt-03- 02-2020 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of principles natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No. 3 to register the FIR against the respondent No. 4 and 5 and take legal action as per law and to pass such other order or orders appropriate in the case....…”
2. Heard Sri T.Koteshwara Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not taking any action against the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in pursuance of the complaint dated 03.02.2020.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that since the subject matter is civil in nature and the police have not registered the crime.
5. For ready reference, it is beneficial to extract the relevant portion from the written instructions below:
“It is submitted that as per the orders of the higher authorities of Revenue Department VRO flattened the occupied land of government for distribution of Jagan Anna Colony to the poor public. Meanwhile the petitioner approached to the Hon'ble High Court of A.P., Amaravathi. Since then the Revenue Department stopped that Jagan Anna Colony flats distribution to the

public due to Court matter. Now the petitioner is continue her occupation to the government land of Ac.0.40 cents.
It is submitted to the petitioner goes to show the made allegations against the Tahsildar and Village Revenue Officer and requested to take action against them by way of registration of FIR against the Public Servants s they illegally damaged his crop with a JCB her. Even assuming the version the complainant/petitioner herein is correct, it is always open to him to complain the higher ups in the Revenue Department such as RDO., Joint Collector and Collector of the K Krishna District for their alleged illegal acts Without availing alternative remedies, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
It is pertinent to submit that on receipt of communication about the filing of the writ petition by the petitioner herein this respondent got the matter enquired with the revenue officials who informed that the subject lands belong to the Government which was assigned to him and hence they have taken action in accordance with law.”
6. In the light of the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum according to law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
