The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 334 (1) and 303(2) of the B. N. S., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. On 30.01.2025, theft was committed by unknown persons in upgraded High School, Jaipur, Kanko, Jainagar. Unknown thieves took away several articles which have been mentioned in the written report. It was submitted that a computer is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner runs a computer institute. It was further submitted that co-accused Ajit Kumar Pandit has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.2507 of 2025. Mr. Shashi Kumar Verma, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.)
