Present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 05.08.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, whereby prayer for releasing of the car bearing registration No.HR-59E- 6099 on Superdari has been rejected. 2. The said car was being driven by the petitioner, from which a recovery of 152 grams of heroin was effected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is still in progress and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as same having been filed at a premature stage. 3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
