State of Bihar and another, 2014(3) RCR (Criminal) 527’. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in the present FIR. He submits that though the application filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail, has already been withdrawn but the investigating agencies are not proceeding with the investigation as per the law settled by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in ‘Arnesh Kumar Vs.
