No. 1142 of 2021. 2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, by producing a copy of the order dated 03.01.2025 in Na.Ka.No.12466/A5/2019 submitted that the order has been complied partially by giving appointment order to the petitioner with effect from the date of appointment. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the monetary benefits due to be paid to the petitioner has not yet been disbursed by the respondents and only after the monetary benefits are also paid, complete compliance of the order can be recorded. 4. Hence, the contempt petition is closed for now.
