The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent fixed the salary in the post of Primary School Headmaster with effect from 28.11.2006 and produced a copy of the proceedings dated 16.09.2025. However, so far, the monetary benefits have not been disbursed to the petitioner. 3.
