UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR 24.03.2025 (Vijay Bishnoi, CJ) The matter comes upon for consideration of the interlocutory application preferred on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to condone the Page No.# 2/2 delay of 150 days in filling the connected writ appeal. It is stated in the application that against the impugned judgment dated 12.09.2024 passed in WP(C) No.4258/2023, the State has also preferred a writ appeal, being Writ Appeal No.46/2025, in which this Court has issued notices and has also stayed the operation of the impugned judgment & order dated 12.09.2024. Taking into consideration the fact that an appeal against the impugned judgment is pending consideration before this Court, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 150 days in filing the connected writ appeal. Hence, the interlocutory application is allowed. The delay of 150 days in filling the connected writ appeal is condoned. The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
