Since, Shri P.C. Swami, learned counsel representing the petitioner has expired, this Court was pleased, vide its order dated 23.01.2025, to issue the Court notice to the petitioner. As per the office report, the petitioner has been served with the Court notice. Despite service, none appears for her. In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
