---------- 03/ 17.07.2025 The instant application has been preferred praying for a direction upon the concerned respondents to proceed with the Reference Case No. 18/2014 and decide the same as the case before the Tribunal is pending since long.
2. When the case was posted yesterday, Mr. Abhijeet Kr. Singh was
directed to seek instruction in the matter.
3. Today, he produced an Email information which is being taken on record. In the said letter, it has been specifically indicated that Shri Dinesh Kumar Singh, Presiding Officer, CGIT-cum-Labour Court, Bhubaneshwar has assumed the additional charge of Presiding Officer, CGIT-cum- Labour Court No. 2, Dhanbad w.e.f. 14.07.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of such information given by the Central Government Counsel, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ application in order to mention the same before the concerned Presiding Officer and the Presiding Officer may be
directed to dispose of the case as early as possible.
5. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, the writ application is hereby disposed of with liberty as prayed for. It is expected that the in- charge Presiding Officer shall dispose of the case as early as possible.
