The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case bearing FIR No. 196 dated 20.04.2025 under Section 306 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Sector-58, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s)inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner(s) has joined investigation and is no longer required for investigation of the case.
3. Learned State counsel on instruction from the Investigating Officer corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation.

5. Since the petitioner(s) has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 20.08.2025 is made absolute.
6. However, if required, the petitioner(s) shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 482 (2) BNSS.
